Hi having read all the terms and conditions of sports direct it stated they will give you a full refund of items plus refund for standard delivery. I though that I would add to this thread rather than start a new one. They were clearly marked size 39 - 42 and 6 - 8, and as I take a size 8 I would have expected these to be perfect.

I got them home and last night opened them, and found that they are all far larger, probably around a size My wife laughed and said they were big enough to use as Christmas socks to put little presents in cheers dear:o.

Anyway, I went back today and tried to get a refund little point in an exchange as they are all like that , but they refused, saying that the goods are not faulty, and that all the rest are like that. I told them, that if they are deliberately selling socks as size 6 - 8 and they are a size 12, then that is a case of misrepresenation and a breach of the sale of goods act.

I have a customer complaint form, but what is my next best step?
