Where is hautelook warehouse located

Great place to work most of the time. VTO is an issue. Sometimes VERY inflexible. Huge room for advancement and movement within the company. Most positions are filled from within. Majority of people in supervisory positions genuinely care about their teams and the work being done. They aren't, however, always good at how to respond.

Most people have so many responsibilities they aren't able to spend the time necessary to get to know their teammembers. Change happens VERY slowly, but improvements get made. Management wants to know what works and what doesn't but doesn't always listen to Frontline regarding priorities. Overall Hautelook was a decent environment to be around but there was much seclusion. Hours were fair and pay was decent, but it was a very bland environment.

You'll meet some great people who are amazingly talented. There will be opportunities to collaborate with other teams. Office events are creative. Pretty middle of the road experience.

Did multiply things in warehouse from reviving to packing. The job was fairly easy once you knew what you were doing. The management could have favorites at times. Good company to work for. Great benefits, it is a more open environment for a call center.

As a Hautelook employee i just didn't escalate to opportunities my knowledge grow as well. I learn how to be a responsible team leader. As a leader in the company i had a big challenge to over see 3 departments, Returns, Samples and Events Transfers.

I work very hard but they always try to make it seem like can be replaced. Its a very high school environment. They want you to be comfortable but then dont get tooo comfortable. They did the bare minimum so they dont have to have any loyalty.

Worked me over time during holidays and strung me along for two years as a freelancer, then called me in to help clean the studio after not working for a year, then proceeded to sever ties and give me my final check.. Fun place to work. The company could do better with paying people for the job they do instead of what they prefer to pay them to cut cost.

There is more than needed favoritism with many of the promotions. Hautelook was a great work space. Employees worked at their own pace. Management was understanding. Be warned. I recently got my first shipment from Hautelook! Everything arrived within a few weeks, together, and original as described products!

I have no idea who this company even is! Never placed an order with them! This is not a scam site, but they are not serious about having the lowest prices. You have to do your homework before you purchase as they dont price match with other online sites like their parent company.

Sometimes Nordstrom proper has cheaper prices. I search this site because they do have fantastic items and good prices, but you have to really work the site. Yes, they will over sell and cancel so you have to be prepared for that botched element of the site. Coach does the same thing.

I will say that their customer service has been very good every time. This most recent order was just the last straw because I can't be running to Nordstrom Rack which is not even in my city to return stuff all the time. Hautelook has some really high quality merchandise at low prices. I have ordered a couple of times and not received the items because they don't get the full order -- however, on those rare occasions, they have given me a credit to use towards future orders.

It hasn't happened often, so overall I am very pleased with getting some of the same items that I have seen on Nordstrom a few months later at a substantial discount. In an attempt to save on shipping fees, I thought I could order all of my items from Haute Look and do a price match with Macy's. I followed instructions given by the second rep I talked to as the first idiot said they don't price match at all and proceeded to place my order.

I called back the next morning and was told to email the screenshot. I proceeded to do that and was given every excuse they could make up on the spot as to why I couldn't be credited the difference. If I had seen this site first, I would not have placed the order at all. Being a subsidiary of Nordstrom I expected the best! I got the worst.

The only time so buy from HauteLook. So I am buying merchandise I am familiar with. I have had fairly good experiences buying from them, although I really hate the way your shopping cart times out. The thing to know about these flash sales and this is true for all outlet sites like this is there are items that are truly on sale styles from previous seasons, or designs that have been discontinued and items that are made for specifically for outlet stores and flash sales. I have not bought fake goods from hauteLook that I am aware of , but when you see the same items appear on each and every flash sale it's a clear sign that those are the "fake sale" click bait items.

So you need to know your merchandise. I have returned items to HauteLook without any problem, and have gotten my return shipping paid for when something was damaged in shipping. I don't know why it has so many bad reviews? I had a good experience with Hautelook, maybe shipping is not the fastest I got one of my items in 10 days and another one in 11 days but otherwise it's a great way to save on good brands.

If you're afraid you're going to get a bad product I suggest you google it first before purchasing it. Ordered on the 30th. Waited for a shipping receipt that never came Finally called on the 3rd.

They acted confused and said I would get the shipping info the next day. Three days later I got the shipping info but they didn't even give the order to fedex until over a week after that. Long story short Tip for consumers: Use Amazon, Zappos, or some other company to buy shoes and apparel. I've been shopping with them since and it had always been 90 days.

Fees I actually never knew existed because I always returned items before 90 days. When the box is received at warehouse or when item is re-shelf ready? My goal is to get a one time waiver for those fees from a supervisor since the policy change is recent. The customer service rep. Although helpful, basically told me I would be wasting my time because Hautelook had not waived any fees for their customers.

Guess I'll find out soon. Ordered two nice shirts March 31, April 12 I get two emails, one shirt was shipped, the other is cancelled because they ran out I guess? After two weeks of waiting that's just b. And shipping to my gift card I used but stupid me I had thrown it away already so 30 dollar lesson for me! If you just have to buy from these shady people, at least keep all your info with you, because you most likely will need it, after 2 weeks of course.

Ive personally had several issues with this company and online ordering. Them shipping wrong items constantly Cant shop the web page unless you have the app. Ive even heard they have been closing a lot of peoples accounts too I have decided not to order from them again.

Too many other good option online now days. Other companies do it way better. I love this salon and the people in it! They have great customer service and really listen to what I want.
